5-5 Strat for beginners.

5-5 is a common set that many people play online, is simple but has many strategy variations and what is best depends on what your opponent is doing. I will give you a simple starting guide for 5-5. Most average to above average player would start this way.

From the Start..

#01 Click your city center and click to make 1 citizen, then the Green Cycle Button. (that's because you need to keep making citizens until at least the 7 minute mark!)

02# Put 1 citizen on tin
03# Put 3 citizens on stone
04# Put 6 citizens on wood

05# Once you have enough wood and stone to build a city center find an area next to a large or moderate forest and build a new city center.

06# The 1st citizen that comes out of the main city center builds a barracks and continues to build them not stop.

07# The next citizen goes to food, you can build farms but I would build a warehouse next to food and do it that way until around the 2 minute mark.

08# Build a workshop and arrange a citizen for Iron and 1 for Gold. You'll be needing Cats by the 5 minute mark.

If you find you have a lot of wood then grab a few cits off the wood and have them make barracks real fast.

At 3:00 minutes start cycling bowmen from each barracks.

Make sure to cycle cats from your workshop as well.

Now you have the start you will want to continue making city centers, barracks, and workshops.
